Hey Everyone, Well tonight is much better, with a small set-back. The good news is that Dad has been moving his right leg again, he still won't do it when he is asked to, but seems to do it when no one is around, They said his brain seems to be doing excellent in this recovery process.
They have been treating him all along for a respiratory infection, tonight they did a scan on his lungs and Dad has developed pneumonia, more so on his left side. They are upping his antibiotics and the pulmonary therapist was setting up as we left this evening, they gave him an "aerosol" then they are going to do a "percussion" on his chest to break up the mucus in his lungs,
All in all it has been a progressive week.
Mom is doing fine and, all things considered, coping well. We are keeping a close eye on her and making sure she does what she needs to keep her going. Kathy and I moved upstairs so Mom could have the downstairs bedroom and Penny is settling in just great. Once again Thank You All for the prayers and support, We'll try to keep everyone posted
