We found out today that Dad will more than likely be in NICU for at least the next week or so. Eventually they would like to move him to a Special care unit, across the river at the old Saginaw General. They are specialist in ventilator care... then from there he will go to an intensive inpatient rehab.
Today while Doug and Marie were visiting Dad, he wouldn't respond to them. Bob and Aunt Dee came shortly after that and he squeezed their hands.
Dad was very responsive tonight while Rachal and Chad were there, he grabbed hold of Rachals hand and wouldn't let go.
Still not a lot of change he is still varied on the way he responds
to commands (they figure 3 out of 5 times). We just have to hope and Pray and be patient.
